Creative/ Marketing Lead

Our marketing challenges are complex. How we do guide Grandma to setup her Amazon Alexa and begin to get support for her diabetes journey? What are the right messages that balance care and revenue opportunity for physician practices? How do you build “trust” that is unique to LIGHTHOUSE, but exists in concert with Amazon Alexa?

We’re a fast paced startup, and you will be the thought leader and delivery champion against all of our customers. Over time the role will expand to oversight of patient and doctor marketing specialists as well as product creative team members. Your duties will evolve from think-and-do to think-and-lead-and-do.

The message is the medium and we need your help to change the lives and the health of a million seniors.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years in a consumer facing marketing role
  • Past roles including brand building, creative development and production
  • Startup experience

Required Skills

  • Marketing plan development
  • End-to-end creative production management
  • Basic level graphic skills in Adobe Suite
  • Management team influence skills
